Dr. Doug Beacham, Presiding Bishop
Dr. A.D. (Doug) Beacham is the General Superintendent and 19th Presiding Bishop of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is an accomplished leader, writer, teacher, and speaker.
Before his election as General Superintendent, he served as the executive director of World Missions Ministries from 2005 – July 2012, and as the executive director of Church Education (now Discipleship) Ministries from 2001 – 2005. He also served as superintendent of the Georgia Conference (1994-2001), and pastor of the Franklin Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church in Franklin Springs, GA (1982-1994). He taught at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA from 1977-1982
Dr. Beacham is also a retired U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain (LTC) with more than 20 years of service. His military training included the Chaplain Basic Course; the Chaplain Advanced Course; and the Chaplain Command and General Staff College.
He is a graduate of Emmanuel College and the University of Georgia. Dr. Beacham holds a Master of Divinity, a Master of Theology, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Union Theological (now Union Presbyterian) Seminary in Richmond, VA.
He has published six books, the latest of which was The Christmas Spirit.
In addition to his service within the church, Dr. Beacham represents the IPHC at various organizations and gatherings, including: National Association of Evangelicals; Empowered 21; Pentecostal World Fellowship; Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America; and Christian Churches Together.
Dr. Beacham is married to Susan Reed Beacham from Greenwood, S.C. Susan is the Director of Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, and Laboratory Services at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. They have two grown children. Beth White practices law in Washington, D.C. Douglas is an anesthesiologist in Lexington, KY. Douglas and his wife, Kellie, have one daughter, Caroline.
Dr. Samuel Chand
As a Dream Releaser Dr. Samuel R. Chand serves Pastors, ministries and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist. Dr. Chand has served as senior Pastor, college President, Chancellor and President Emeritus.
He personally consults, mentors and coaches some of the country’s largest church Pastors, speaks regularly at leadership conferences, churches, corporations, Leadership Roundtables, Minister’s Conferences, seminars and
other leadership development opportunities. He was named in the top-30 global leadership Gurus list.
His singular vision for his life is to Help Others Succeed. Dr. Chand develops leaders through Leadership Consultations, Leadership Resources – books/CDs and Leadership Speaking. Leaders are using Dr. Chand’s books as handbooks worldwide in leadership development.

His educational background includes an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Heritage Bible College, a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education from Beulah Heights University.

Dr. Kenneth C. Ulmer, Pastor
Dr. Kenneth Ulmer, lovingly known as “Bishop”, has served as the Senior Pastor-Teacher of Faithful Central Bible Church since 1982. Currently located in Inglewood, CA his ministry has grown from less than 300 people to several thousand.
Dr. Ulmer envisions Faithful Central as a conduit of God’s love and power as it reaches out to the greater Los Angeles area and makes an impact across the globe. Ready to usher the congregation into a new level of worship and servitude, Dr. Ulmer not only teaches the Word of God, he is also building Champions ready for “Divine Deployment.”
Dr. Ulmer, is the former President of The King’s College and Seminary in Los Angeles, CA where he is also a founding board member and an adjunct professor. He participated in the study of Ecumenical Liturgy and Worship at Magdalene College at Oxford University in England, has served as an instructor in Pastoral Ministry and Homiletic at Grace Theological Seminary, as an adjunct professor at Biola University—where he served on the Board of Trustees, as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, and as a mentor in the Doctor of Ministry degree program at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH.
Dr. Ulmer received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcasting & Music from the University of Illinois. After accepting his call to the ministry, Dr. Ulmer was ordained at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles, and shortly after founded Macedonia Bible Church in San Pedro, CA. He has studied at Pepperdine University, Hebrew Union College, the University of Judaism and Christ Church and Wadham College at Oxford University in England.
He received a PhD. from Grace Graduate School of Theology in Long Beach, CA (currently the West Coast Campus of Grace Theological Seminary). He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Southern California School of Ministry, and he received his Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary.
Dr. Ulmer has been consecrated Bishop of Christian Education of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, where he sat on the Bishops Council. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Gospel Music Workshop of America, the Pastor’s Advisory Council to the mayor of the City of Inglewood, CA, and on the Board of Trustees of Southern California School of Ministry.
Dr. Ulmer is currently the Presiding Bishop over Macedonia International Bible Fellowship based in Johannesburg, South Africa, which is an association of pastors representing ministries in Africa and the U.S.

Although he takes pride in his many accomplishments. His greatest joy comes from his role as a family man. He has been married to his wife, Togetta Ulmer, for 35 years. Together they have three children and five grandchildren.
